Great read! I get how creating cardistry that you want to perform and that others want to learn is a great positive. It takes a lot of work to make a move the most comfortable to do while keeping the main idea.

In addition, I also see cardists working on stuff like one-handed waterfall, prism structures, and padiddle, which fall into the hard category. I think there is something to be said for learning/making the "stunt" moves, as their payoff can be very large. I see it as most cardists learn a few of these "stunt" moves, but not that many due to the time it takes.
